RETURNS

In case of return, please contact our returns department at contact@blkrose.shop before returning products.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipment

Shipping costs to return your item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will be responsible for the costs derived from returns or problems that occur due to our error.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If shipping an item over $50, it is recommended to use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.

Sale Items

Only full priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Changes
